A community desperate for a place to stay has had their needs met.

Gladstone’s first hotel opened at 6901 N. Oak Trafficway. Not far from the Development of the city’s Lindenplatzthe $15 million Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone is part of the Linden Square community improvement district.

The hotel has 111 guest rooms and 22 executive suites. Property amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, cocktail lounge, and breakfast offerings.

Within walking distance to the Summit Grill and other shops and restaurants, the Fairfield Inn is owned and operated by the Scarlett Hotel Group. Working with Gladstone City officials, SHG plans to be a part of the community for years to come.

“The City of Gladstone’s vision of creating a fantastic downtown neighborhood with world-class restaurants, residential and office space has truly come to life.” Rob SadoffSHG director and co-founder, said in a press release Tuesday.

“We have heard from guests that this is the nicest Fairfield Inn they have ever stayed at, so I know the new hotel will bring a warm welcome not just to guests coming to Gladstone but from across the Northland area will prepare.”
