The people of Harbin, Capital of the northeast China Heilongjiang Provincestarted sending greetings through online platforms in a unique way to their relatives and friends who want to spend the Spring Festival elsewhere.

On February 4th, the “Little New Year” in the Chinese lunar calendar, Harbin launched an online event themed “Let’s Laugh Together”.
