Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is set to open a lifestyle hotel in the emerging Denver Tech Center neighborhood in 2024. The brand’s third hotel in the Mile High City, Kimpton Denver Tech Center will serve as a key fixture of the Belleview Station development. KGD Architecture will serve as the project architect, while interiors will be spearheaded by New York-based design studio KARA MAN.

“The Denver Tech Center market is booming right now with lots of diverse and dynamic businesses, tenants, and residences moving into the neighborhood. Our Kimpton aesthetic will offer high-end design that embraces the local surroundings and will quickly stand out as a one-of-a-kind property in a neighborhood mostly serviced by big box chain hotels,” says Ave Bradley, creative director and global SVP of design at Kimpton. “The rooftop lounge, in particular, will really frame the scenic mountain vistas from the 19th floor and offer unparalleled viewpoints for guests to enjoy in a very chic surrounding.”

Additionally, the 190-room hotel will feature a slew of locally inspired amenities and F&B concepts, with a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and a rooftop bar and lounge on the 19th floor that will also serve as an indoor-outdoor music venue set against a mountainous backdrop. An additional 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space will be housed onsite as well.
