Danbury, Conn. – A proven industry leader in the hotel and catering sector for more than 40 years, Hotels in Meyer Jabara creates unforgettable dining experiences for travelers and locals alike while increasing the operational efficiency of its 20 dining facilities and 137,939 square feet of meeting and event space. At the head of the initiative is Guy Reinbold, the newly appointed Corporate Director of Food and Beverage, who also has over 40 years of leadership experience in hotel and restaurant F&B. In this role, Reinbold will focus on increasing sales and ancillary income for the owners through cost control, creating fresh food and beverage concepts based on the market location, and sourcing quality products while maintaining brand standards.

“An unforgettable restaurant is about more than just the food; It is an experience for the senses and a journey to a place other than where you are, ”said MJH President Justin Jabara. “Our restaurant business begins with this story. We use creative solutions and data-driven strategies to lead the many hotel restaurants in our portfolio to success and make them the most competitive assets in their respective markets. Guy Reinbold is key to helping us set the tone, direction and culture of our hotel’s F&B operations for the future, with each venue developing a unique concept that promotes a great guest experience and generates industry-leading returns. “

Before joining Meyer Jabara Hotels, Reinbold worked for Marriott International for 22 years, where he was Vice President Food and Beverage and Corporate Executive Chef. He was highly regarded for his ability to implement methodologies to improve service, quality, and profitability while monitoring the quality, presentation, and quantities of dishes across all brands. He also served as Corporate Executive Chef for Renaissance Hotels and Resorts. Reinbold is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

“To be successful today, full-service hotels with restaurants and catering locations have to create concepts that respect and reflect their location,” said Reinbold. “People expect menu items that are comfortable and recognizable, but with a certain twist. It’s exciting to see our culinary teams striving to create new culinary experiences – and it even helps us attract new talent. It’s an exciting time to join Meyer Jabara Hotels as the new Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. I am proud to be part of this extraordinary management team. “
