The program, titled “The Secrets of Sleep: A Life-Changing Retreat,” is directed by Dr. Colleen Carney, the director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Ryerson University in Toronto, which specializes in evidence-based treatments for insomnia. She will lead daily workshops that will lead guests to a better relationship with sleep; Guests can complement the workshops with the hotel’s daily wellness programs, such as Yoga and meditation classes.
