The Oneida Indian Nation will require face masks on all of its properties starting Tuesday under Governor Kathy Hochul’s statewide mask mandate.

The requirement applies to Turning Stone, Point Place Casino, Yellow Brick Road Casino and Sports Book as well as The Lake House, Maple Leaf Markets, SavOn Convenience Stores and all hotels.

Every guest in a public area such as bars or on the play area can drink with a straw under the mask.

There is no mask requirement in restaurants and bars while people are sitting and eating or drinking, or at exit 33, where proof of vaccination is already required.

Smoking is prohibited in the play area until further notice, but designated outdoor smoking areas will be set up.
