Starting this spring, several cruise lines will be available start their ships from foreign ports on cruises open to North American passengers.

In US waters, cruising is still prohibited due to the conditional sails order from the CDC. However, as of June around 15 ships will depart from ports in Europe and the Caribbean.

The following lines are currently slated to launch cruises open to either vaccinated adults or fully vaccinated passengers.

This list excludes trips that are only available to residents of the country in which the ship is stationed, e.g. B. in England, where many cruise ships are offered Sailing for UK residents;; Royal Caribbean ships in Israel and Singapore;; and cruises for Europeans from MSC Cruises, Costa Cruises, Tui Cruises, Aida Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd.

Azamara

The Azamara Quest begins August 28th with a seven-day departure from Greece and a Mediterranean cruise. It will be Azamara first cruises as an independent cruise line.

Vaccines: Required for all passengers.

Celebrity cruises

The Celebrity Millennium Caribbean cruises starts on June 5th from St. Maarten.

The Celebrity Apex will be setting sail for Mediterranean cruises from Athens, Greece on June 19th.

Vaccines: Required for Adults; Children under the age of 18 must have a negative Covid test.

Celestyal Cruises

Celestyal Cruises will launch two ships on the Greek islands of Piraeus, Greece, from May 29th.

Vaccines: Cruisers must provide either proof of vaccination, Covid-19 immunity, or a negative PCR test performed 72 hours prior to departure from the US and within 72 hours of embarkation.

Crystal cruises

The Crystal symphony launches 10-day cruises from Antigua on August 5th.

The Crystal serenity is offering Bahamas itineraries from Nassau only starting July 3rd.

Crystal Expedition Cruises’ Crystal effort offers 10-day circumnavigation of Iceland from July 17th.

Norwegian cruise line

The Norwegian jade starts 7-day cruises from Athens on July 25th.

The Norwegian joy is offering weeklong cruises from Montego Bay, Jamaica on August 7th.

The Norwegian gem will be sailing from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, starting August 15th.

Royal Caribbean International

The Adventure of the seas starting June 12, 7-day cruises from Nassau, Bahamas.

The Vision of the seas starts on June 26th from 7-day cruises in Bermuda.

The Jewel of the seas will be heading home from Limassol, Cyprus on 7-day cruises to the Greek islands starting July 10th.

Vaccines: Required for Adults; Children under the age of 18 must have a negative Covid test.

Seabourn

The Seabourn Odyssey A seven-day Caribbean cruise departs from Bridgetown, Barbados on July 18th.

The Seabourn Ovation will operate seven day cruises in Greece and Cyprus from Athens starting July 3rd.

Silversea Cruises

The Silver moon starts 10-day cruises from Athens on June 18th.

Vikings

The Viking Orion will operate Bermuda cruises from Hamilton for eight days in June.

The Viking sky will head home in Reykjavik for an eight day Iceland cruise in June.

Windstar cruises

The Star Breeze sails on June 19th from Philipsburg, St. Maarten and the Wind Star from Athens. The Wind Spirit starts on July 15th in Tahiti and the Wind Surf on August 8th from Barcelona.
