Elements by Westin’s newest property marks the brand’s highly anticipated Philadelphia debut. This hotel was developed by Conshohoken-based Chestlen Development to add to the city’s burgeoning hospitality scene.

Wellness and sustainability

Element Philadelphia reflects the brand’s approach to redefining extended stays with an ethos that encourages guests to relax and find focus.

The hotel has 460 bright and modern rooms with signature Westin Heavenly beds, spa-inspired bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and views of Philadelphia. The sky lobby then offers open seating for work and relaxation, plus additional amenities such as a business center, motion fitness center, and guest laundry.

The property’s menu includes fresh, healthy ingredients, from the free Rise breakfast to take-away snacks from the Restore pantry and the relaxing evening reception in the Sky lobby. Everything you need to cook yourself can be found in the in-room kitchens, including recipes from local culinary voices.

In addition, guests can take advantage of Element’s pet-friendly program as well as the Bikes to Borrow program, which includes bespoke priority bikes as well as recommended bike routes.

Element Philadelphia was designed with sustainability in mind – especially to improve air quality, minimize pollutants and let in plenty of natural light. The hotel’s environmentally friendly materials and practices range from charging stations for electric vehicles to using 100% recycled paper.
