NORTHERN BC – “I feel really great about the future.”

In doing so, opposition leader Shirley Bond opened her weekly media coverage, saying the British Columbia are optimistic but suggests that there needs to be some discipline as the province puts in its restart plan.

This plan includes the lifting of travel bans starting with travel within BC on June 15th. The next threshold is July 1, when the plan lifts travel restrictions across the country. Music to the ears of Tourism CEO Prince George.

“We’re actually opening the physical visitor center on Monday,” said Tracey McBride, CEO of Tourism Prince George. “We are pleased that we have a full staff in the summer and will be taking out our cell phone.”
