I planned a road trip but didn’t have the courage because of the pandemic. What are some of the precautions to take?

Avoiding large crowds, strangers, confined spaces, and recycled air on flights is one of the many reasons road travel is becoming increasingly popular due to the pandemic.

That makes a lot of sense. However, additional planning is required to map your routes and make sure you have safe stops for food and water, gas stations, charging docks, and everything else.

What are the best places to travel if you are a foodie whose only goal is to explore different cuisines?

Gastro-tourism exploded before the pandemic and the world has never offered so many food trips for gourmets of all nationalities. Many countries have strong food cultures and beautiful landscapes, and while Indians are spoiled for choice when it comes to food (!) I would highly recommend Italy, Japan and Vietnam.
