ORTONVILLE – The Canby Girls’ basketball team defeated Ortonville 57:19 on Monday.
Hannah Jelen led Canby with 19 points, while Kortney Leppke added 12 and Ryann Hansen had eight. Aidyn Bruns led with 16 rebounds while Jelen led with four assists.
Canby (7-6) will face KMS at home today at 7.15pm

WESTBROOK – The Westbrook-Walnut Grove girls’ basketball team defeated Red Rock Central in overtime 52-46 on Monday.
Olivia Klumper led WWG with 17 points, while Kelsey DeSmith added nine and Isabel Klumper had eight. No further statistics were available at the time of going to press.
Nicole Schroepfer led RRC with 15 points while Karli Arkell added 14. No further statistics were available at the time of going to press.
WWG (6-7) will face Mountain Lake Area on Thursday at 7.15pm, while RRC (9-4) will face MLA at home at 7.15pm on Friday
Boys basketball

DAWSON – The Dawson Boyd boys’ basketball team fell to Central Minnesota Christian 66-44 on Monday.
Micah Olson led the DB with 19 points, while Gauge Liebl added nine and Jordan Hastad had five. Liebl led with eight rebounds while Caleb Torke led with two assists.
DB (2-11) will meet Montevideo at home today at 7.15 p.m.
