EPCOT debuted its new fireworks spectacle, Harmonious, last week to guests and the Since then, reviews have been pouring in. If you haven’t seen the show before, it’s really nothing like you’ve seen before as pyrotechnics, lighting, fountains and music all work together to create harmony within the theme park.
Due to the pyrotechnics included, guests will have to notice some smoke residue in the park after the fireworks show has ended Harmonious. In fact, if you’re staying at a nearby resort hotel like Walt Disney World Swan Resort, Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Disney’s Beach Club, or Disney’s BoardWalk, you may find smoke fills the air.

Bioreconstruct shared some aerial photos on Twitter showing how far Harmonious smoke can travel after the show at EPCOT ends. In the photo below, you can see the smoke billowing through the EPCOT Resort area. Per bio-reconstruct:

The smoke residue is completely normal after a fireworks spectacle at Disney World. So if you visit or stay in one of the resort hotels near EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Magic Kingdom and notice a smoky sky in the evening, it is most likely due to Harmonious or Disney Enchantment.
