The Tourism Works for Fairbanks job fair will take place on Friday, May 14th, from 3pm to 6pm in Pioneer Park. The free and publicly accessible job fair and interested jobseekers aged 16 and over are encouraged to take part in entertaining and challenging summer jobs and to find out more about them. The job fair is sponsored by Explore Fairbanks.
Applicants can meet with HR managers from local tourism companies. CVs are welcome and job seekers can fill out on-site applications. The job fair is located near the information kiosk at the park entrance.
At the same time, the Visitor Industry Walk for Charity begins and ends in Pioneer Park. The community is invited to take part to raise funds for local charities: 100% of the budgeted funds will be donated to the registered charity of your choice.
