Vanderbilt employees must use Concur or WTS to book business travel. Employees can book via the Concur tool or directly with a WTS agent; However, employees should contact a WTS agent when making complex domestic or international flight reservations and changing existing ticket reservations. Travelers are automatically enrolled with Vanderbilt’s international security provider, Anvil, when they book through Concur / WTS.

If travelers have unused ticket credit on hold in Concur, their travel request will be reviewed by the WTS team, whose agents will apply the unused ticket after the original Concur request. If you call an agent directly and book, the unused ticket will be billed immediately.
