What was the inspiration for the concept and offer of the Legend Beauty & Spa Center?
Our inspiration came from a niche in the market that we saw two decades ago. There were no other salons in the area of ​​our flagship saloon; It is for this reason that we decided to open our own in order to provide our customers with a reliable neighborhood salon where they can enjoy a high quality experience.

What is the spa’s secret of success over its 20 years of operation?
Since Legend Spa is a family run business there is a lot of dedication, dedication and passion for everything we do. We must thank our loyal customers for their support over the years as they have played an important role in shaping and developing our business into what it is today.

We want to take a personal approach where we know all of our regular customers by name and they have become our extended Legend Spa family. Additionally, it has been a priority to follow the latest trends in the industry and to ensure that our staff are always trained on the latest innovations or methodologies in relation to the treatments we offer.

Another important success factor was maintaining the Dubai city’s rating system. This is a high priority for us and we are honored to have maintained Class A status over the years. We were also recently awarded the title “Ideal Salon 2020” by the city of Dubai.

How do you compete with hotel spas and are there any plans to open in a hotel?
As we constantly strive to offer our customers a full range of services and experiences, we have an expanded spa offering that extends beyond our essential salon treatments such as hair and nail services.

We are happy to offer you services such as our signature Moroccan bath and a variety of massage options. As these treatments are an important pillar of a spa experience, we have special rooms that are specially designed so that customers can enjoy a calm and relaxing environment.

Our plans to open within a hotel are definitely in preparation as soon as we open a few more independent branches.

What can we look forward to in the coming months at the Legend Spa?
We have seen the great success of our natural and organic treatments that we currently offer, so we plan to expand this range. In addition, we look forward to bringing our new henna design portfolio to our clients for clients who are preparing for oath and other occasions.
