Minot’s Dakota Cruisers Car Club will be back on Broadway this year starting Wednesday evening.
George Masters, president of the auto club, said vehicles would be parked in the old Kmart parking lot anytime after 5:30 p.m. “Show N ‘Shine” Before the cruise departs on Broadway at 6:30 p.m. In the other weeks the line-up starts at 6:00 p.m., followed by the cruise at 6:30 p.m.
Last year, the auto club hosted weekly cruises on Broadway from April to late September, which drew large crowds along the route.
Earlier last year, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the auto club held a rolling car show to brighten people’s day. It was so successful that the group decided to hold the weekly cruises on Broadway.
