PRINCE GEORGE – Tourism Prince George has a new Chief Executive Officer. Colin Carson was selected for the role.
Carson’s tenure at Tourism Prince George and his experience in the tourism industry and community will be an excellent addition to TPG employees, our stakeholders and Prince George, “said Paul Robison, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Carson has been with Tourism Prince George for 4 years in various positions in marketing, visitor services and most recently as a sports tourism manager. He will officially take over the role on July 1st.
“I grew up in Prince George and have a great passion for the community and everything we have to offer,” said Carson. “Prince George has been such a big part of my life and has given me so many opportunities. I am very happy that I can continue to live and work in this wonderful city. “
