MALONE – The Franklin County Economic Development Corp. has announced a third round of funding for the Destination Development and Marketing Program, in partnership with Franklin County and the Tourism Advisory Committee.

This competitive program awards 50% funding to tourism-related businesses and organizations for tourism-related projects. Qualifying projects include projects that either create new opportunities or develop existing opportunities to enhance the Franklin County’s visitor experience. The minimum award amount is $ 500. The maximum is $ 5,000.

The application deadline is April 15th. Applications will be evaluated and the winners will be notified in May. Award winners are given 12 months to complete their projects and meet the commitments set out in their DDMP agreement.
