The eagerly awaited Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia Hotel opens its gates to the public after three years of construction. The new hotel, located opposite Santa Anita Park and developed by SAICP LLC, offers 234 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites and over 14,000 m² of stylish event space. Echoing the brand’s mid-century modern design aesthetic, the hotel will bring Le Méridien’s distinctive European heritage to the Southern California destination.

The property, created in collaboration with Linda Snyder Associates and AO Architects, is inspired by the design of the surroundings and lets guests immerse themselves in sophisticated, but playful, equestrian chic design. Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia is owned by SAICP, LLC and managed by Pacifica Hotels, the leading operator of design-inspired hotels on the Pacific coast.

Guests can enjoy the good life with Asian-European cuisine from the in-house Mélange Restaurant, where guests can enjoy sumptuous dishes ranging from salmon carpaccio to Peking duck breast from Chef Mako. In addition, travelers can enjoy the taste of sweet summers on the Mediterranean all year round with the menu Le Scoop by Le Méridien – the brand’s interpretation of typical European ice cream and sorbet.

The hotel’s culinary delights can be explored further in the Grand Bar Longitude 118, which is a lively meeting point during the day and a sociable meeting point at night. Guests can get a splash with a Le Méridien-Spezial Sparkling aperitif and enjoy petit plates inspired by European classics with a local touch. Also on offer are rare spirits, wines and beers as well as a traditional, tailor-made high tea and highballs cocktail program – an allusion to the European heritage of the Le Méridien brand – with a fresh interpretation of the traditional cocktail hour. The concept combines the sophistication of traditional high tea with a sophisticated custom highball cocktail mixology using the centuries-old craftsmanship of tea infusions. Guests can also invigorate the senses every morning with expertly prepared illy coffee.

With over 14,000 m² of meeting and event rooms in five separate rooms – including three private dining rooms – as well as over 1,800 m² of indoor event space and an extensive event lawn in a prime location, the Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia is ready to be the outstanding destination for business and social To be banquets and events. Le Méridien Creative Meetings that unleash inspiration and foster innovation can inspire discovery and insight. From locally inspired flavors to cultural experiences, the team will create an impressive meeting atmosphere that speaks to the destination. The hotel’s ballroom features floor-to-ceiling glass walls and doors that open onto the event lawn, from which guests have unparalleled views of the nearby race track.

Just in time for summer, Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia offers delivery services by the pool and culinary experiences by the heated outdoor pool, as well as 24-hour delivery of food, spirits and packaged items to the room. Inspired by the conviction that the sun never sets on a jet set, the new hotel is the perfect place to linger longer with a glass of rosé and enjoy classic games by the pool. Upscale dining experiences that offer more than meets the eye are also available on request.
