Kalindi Juneja will join Pride of Britain Hotels, the UK’s 50-strong collection of independent hotels, from Relais & Châteaux in October 2021.

A high-profile personality from the industry is to take the helm of the Pride of Britain Hotels.

A new chapter

Kalindi Juneja is ready to join Hotels in Pride of Britain on October 4, 2021 as the successor to the current CEO Peter Hancock, which is retiring after helping to expand the collection to 50 independent hotels since the acquisition in 2000. She will work with Hancock to ensure a smooth transition before he leaves for the annual conference on November 15.

Hancock said, “I have no doubt that Kalindi will take the Pride of Britain to new heights in the years to come. And if I can boast a little, it is that our efforts over the past two decades have made the organization fit to attract a candidate of such quality. “

Transfer from Relais & Châteaux

Juneja joins Pride of Britain Hotels from Relais & Châteaux, where she was hired in 2017 to lead the brand in the UK and Ireland. From that initial role, Juneja was promoted to a global role as international director. She has almost 20 years of experience in the industry with a special focus on marketing, sales and communication.

Pride of Britain Hotels continued to grow during the pandemic, with four hotels added in the past 12 months, including the new Haycock Manor Hotel in Cambridgeshire.
